Where can I find a new host?
I am looking for a new host because I am in need of a change of host. I am in Oslo and I can start as soon as possible.

Basically the process is the same as when you were looking for your first host family. Just that now it is important to check that your current address in your profile shows that you already are in Norway and that way able to start immediately.
